Our admin/reception team provide an important link for patients and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.
Our front line administration team make the most of the patient appointments with GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as dealing with patients records.
Note our team have been trained to obtain essential information so that the doctors can assess the urgency of any request and they are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses. By confiding in the team, we can make sure you get seen by the correct person for your health issue.
We have between us dedicated members of staff to patient care, from our front-of-house reception staff, summarisers/record handlers, patient information handlers, communicators, long-term conditions recall administrators, secretary and office manager, we all strive to make your first hand patient care easy to access, professional, and a priority for all staff. We are available to answer any queries or questions and are available as your first point of contact.
